MozTrabalha’s mission is to foster productive employment and improve working conditions for Mozambican communities, focusing on youth and those living in poverty, through sustainable market development and policy advocacy.
The project employs a systemic approach that emphasizes local ownership, adaptive management, and a portfolio of interventions.
By leveraging these principles, MozTrabalha addresses challenges sustainably and at scale, facilitating lasting improvements in market functions, including changes in regulations at sectoral and national levels.
